No. CertReady helps you complete the Cyber Essentials questionnaire accurately, gather evidence, and export a submission-ready PDF. You still submit through an authorised certification body.
Does this cover the full Cyber Essentials questionnaire?
Yes. The app includes all 8 sections and all 68 questions, including conditional branching and per-question guidance aligned to IASME v3.2.
Can MSPs manage multiple clients?
Yes. The dashboard is designed to support multiple organisations, with the MSP tier intended for unlimited client management and repeatable workflows.
How is progress saved?
Each answer auto-saves securely as you work through the questionnaire, so you can leave and return at any time without losing your work.
What kind of evidence can we upload?
Screenshots, policy documents, exported reports, configuration notes, and any other assessor-supporting artefacts can be uploaded per question to the secure evidence vault.
What happens after payment?
In beta you can skip payment entirely and unlock the workflow for free. Once live billing is enabled, Stripe-confirmed purchases will unlock the questionnaire immediately from the dashboard.
